There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us.
Our Exchange Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
Please note that under any circumstances, no refunds will be allowed.
(A) Defective / Faulty item received.
All items that leave our warehouse go through checks by our packing team. If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com immediately.
All exchanges must be carried out via registered mail only.
- Please note that colour may defer slightly or appear brighter on screen due to different monitor settings and studio lighting.
- There may be a 1-3cm deviation due to mass manufacturing.
- Loose threads or stains no bigger than 2mm will not be considered as defects and will not be allowed for any exchanges.
All exchanges are only valid for items directly purchased from www.oui.sg.
You are provided a 7 day period after the item is mailed to you to alert us of defective item. After this period expires, it is deemed that your order is well received in good condition.
Returns will only be done for item(s) which are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from us.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, OUI reserves the right to refuse an exchange.
(B) Incorrect item received.
We sincerely apologise if we have mailed you an incorrect item. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will attend to you within 2-3 working days.
(C) Size Exchange
No exchanges allowed for size mismatch/ Colour, kindly refer to measurements guide carefully before purchase.
Please read carefully our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.
- All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
- The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition.
- Returns outside the 7 day window will only be accepted at our sole discretion.
- Returns that are damaged, soiled, deemed to washed and/or worn, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under all circumstance.
(D) Made to measure wedding/ evening gowns
No exchanges or refund are allowed for made to measure gowns. All Made to Measure dresses comes with corset backing, unless otherwise specified. However, you can head down to our recommended vendor for alterations. Please note that cost will be borne solely by the customer.
