1. FREE REGISTERED POSTAGE FOR ALL ORDERS IN SINGAPORE

Singapore Delivery and Shipping Information

OUI offers free registered postage within Singapore using Singapore Post delivery services. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Currently, we offer

• Complimentary Registered Postage (12 working days)  
• Express shipping - extra $30 (7 working days)

*Please note that all made to measure items will take 3 weeks to arrive.

Oui will not be held accountable for any lost mail and OUI will do our utmost to ensure your parcel is processed properly.
All parcels will be mailed in a timely manner. 


2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping costs are chargeable at a flat rate of $50.

All parcel are sent via International registered mail via Singpost and it comes with tracking numbers.

Please note that once the tracking number has been provided therein, no refund for registered postage under all circumstances as it is view to have been duly delivered. 

Singpost is a third party company engaged in delivery, by opting for this, you are bound to the terms of engagement as provided by them.

You are to bear any additional charges incurred through taxes or customs.
